Description

Primary Function of Position:


The Service Contract Administration coordinator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including simple negotiation of service contract renewals supported by the relevant Negotiator of the team or the Tender Specialist.  Ensure all Customer needs and requirements are attended to for all Service Contract related business.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contract addendums and documentation associated with renewals and options
  • Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the SAP Database  
  • Process service contract billings for customers and distributors
  • Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue
  • Assist Finance and Field Service on service contract collections
  • Support Field Service in the daily service contract activities
  • Supporting the analysis of tender documents to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, revenue recognition requirements, and other requirements
  • Monitor closely sales orders generated by tender customers
  • Maintenance of the SAP tenders structure for I&A in collaboration with the Tender Specialist
  • Back-up and support of basic tasks of tender administration 
Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:


  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administration is an advantage, preferably in a medical device company  
  • Knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as strong analytical skills
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers preferably with SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties.
  • English, French and German proficiency is required, Dutch is a plus.
