Primary Function of Position:
 As a member of the sales enablement team, the sales enablement content manager is responsible for the success of our guided selling platform - delivering ideal content to sales teams at the right time & in the appropriate context.  This will include curation of strategic sales content, maintenance & enhancement of guided selling & sales enablement tools & analysis of content impact within the sales environment.

The sales enablement content manager reports to the Director of Salesforce Effectiveness and will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Marketing Operations teams to drive strategic content to sales teams & analyze the impact of assets on the sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Management, promotion & maintenance of the content management tool & guided selling platform
  • Manage, contribute to and publish content to support sales guidance initiatives
  • Consultation with sales & marketing to understand ‘voice of customer’ and address content delivery needs
  • Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging and metadata management
  • Provide insights on content utilization, rating & impact using content management systems & web analytics tools.
  • Provide feedback & recommendations to marketing operations to optimize content quality & sales guidance
  • Partner with marketing & sales training teams to develop training content for strategic sales assets
Qualifications

Core Competencies, Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Content Management, B2B Marketing, or digital communications
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Content management experience (preferred)
  • Experience with salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education and Training Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related
