Primary Function of Position
Provide service to the personnel, complying with the procedures of Human Resources, regulations and policies of the organization; based on the LFT, code of conduct and ethics; with the goal of maintaining motivation and positive relationships between employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Carry out and coordinate interviews of candidates for the selection process
  • Prepare the analyzes and salary offers of the candidate selected for recruitment
  • Schedule panel interviews with production supervisors for candidate selection
  • Schedule assemble skills testing (screening test)
  • Request validation of professional and personal references
  • Request the required documentation to the candidates for the hiring process
  • Provide On Boarding program to the new entry staff
  • Apply disciplinary measures to the employees according to the regulation 
  • Raise Awareness of staff through discussions and training on the internal regulation of work and the code of conduct and ethics of the company
  • Manage internal promotions pf operational staff
  • Perform salary adjustments for adjustments or changes of positions
  • Attending to the staff that present doubts with the payment of payroll
  • Develop Human Resources Policies
  • Promote compliance with the organization policies, regulations and code of conduct 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  

Skill / Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administrative areas or related field
  • Basic knowledge in Federal Labor Law
  • Effective interview tecniques
  • Familiar with recruitment, hiring, classifying employees, performance, evaluation, training and personnel development process
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • TRESS system knowledge
