Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the presentation of the lobby: greet and receive all guests and vendors. Includes badging all guests and follow regulatory guidelines. Assist with escorting visitors.
• Work closely with coordinators to understand weekly events (ensure proper snack inventory levels, update lobby reader board, act as liaison with security to escort vendors and attendees to proper location, assist with transportation for guests)
• Maintain VIP/Demo room overall presentation and inventory levels
• Provide communication bridge between all office employees: routing of mail, general administrative support, guest management, employee social events, etc.
• Manage cafe snack items: maintain adequate levels at all times and place weekly orders. Oversee presentation and setup of cafe.
• Office Supply Inventory Management: maintain inventory levels for office supplies accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Respond to and fulfill supply requests for employees. Oversee presentation and setup of office supply area.
• Manage new hire desk setup
• Assist with shipping and receiving of mail and FedEx
• Assist other departments with special projects as needed: print materials, badging, ad hoc reporting, data cleansing/entry, etc.
• Assist with onsite meetings and events as needed

Core Competencies, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to find solutions to problems and implement new methods and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to travel up to 10%
