Intuitive is looking for an expert level Design Production Manager to join our Communications Design team. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The right candidate is a strategic production design thinker who is collaborative, and adept at managing multiple fast paced projects. He / she has an acute attention to detail, is a self-starter with a mature attitude toward feedback, and works fast to get the job done accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
· Responsible for the flawless production of design concepts developed by the design
team, external agencies / consultants.
· Build PPT and Keynote presentations
· Manages efficient and accurate execution of edits, updates, and revisions to existing
production projects or templated creative.
· Directs and guides production designers, ensuring that all work produced is accurate,
technically correct, high-quality, and code and/or press-ready.
· Ensures a consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports brand, design,
and messaging standards.
· Manages workflow and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
· Provides recommendations regarding production, outsourcing, workflow, and other
opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability
· Works closely with Design and Project Management
· Handles multiple projects simultaneously


Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and related work experience
· 6 – 12 years relevant experience in corporate or design consultancy:
In-house; Agency and or Design Studio
· 5 years’ experience managing production designer servicing multiple internal
or external clients.
· A strong and diverse portfolio of project samples and presentation decks
· Ability to work on PCs and MACs
· Expert-level knowledge PowerPoint and Keynote (mastery is preferred)
· Expert-level knowledge of Creative Cloud software (particularly Photoshop
and Illustrator)
· Intermediate-to-expert level command of MS Office applications including Excel
and Word
· Excellent self-management skills
· Must be adept at shifting gears
· Experience working in agency environment and / or fast paced environment
· Ability to work independently, and must also be an excellent collaborator
· Must be able to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both on
brand and original
· Experience in the production of marketing materials and assets across
various channels offline and online channels
· Ability to manage all aspects of design projects and synthesize direction
from many individuals
· Meticulous with design details, accuracy, and quality
· Extremely organized, manage large volume of projects and related files
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
