Description

Position’s Objective & Summary:

As a member of the Human Resources organization supporting Sales, Marketing, Services, and Back-office functions for EMEIA Operations, the HR Coordinator will ensure the effectiveness of HR activities throughout the region (18 countries).

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the HR administrative tasks including the maintenance of employee files, the ERP updates and the preparation of any relevant HR documentation (Employment contracts, amendments, attestations, work certificates, termination letters,…)
  • Ensure a proper follow up of the HR activities related to the employee life cycle (Follow up on approval processes /Update HR IS systems to ensure efficient tracking and communication to relevant departments) 
  • Coordinate and organize the different steps of the On-boarding program for new employees from offer signature to Welcome Day (Training enrollments, compliance related enrollments – such as medical visits - 1st day meetings)
  • Organize and handle Welcome Day for all newcomers throughout the region in the headquarters (including hotel, planning, agenda,…)
  • Use and apply internal policies and practices to ensure continuous process improvement and to propose appropriate solution to employee related issues.
Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written & spoken English and French
  • Strong organization skills
  • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented individual
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment with many moving parts
  • Ability to multi task in a thoughtful and resourceful manner with good judgment
  • Team player attitude with a customer service mentality
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
