Responsibilities:

As part of the Digital Marketing team in the Global Corporate Marketing group, the web publisher will utilize content management systems to publish new content onto Intuitive’s web sites and digital channels. Additionally, the web publisher is responsible for updating and maintaining existing content across the site. This position works closely with the business, Content Management and Corporate and Clinical Marketing teams to coordinate website efforts.

The publisher will:

• Manage new content updates and publishing across multiple content management platforms.
• Develop new pages, setup/configure information architecture and functionality components as well as load and update content and images.
• Content Management System Digital Asset management of all digital content, requiring manipulation of
o text pieces
o video,
o pdf,
o images,
o and associated graphic assets
• Provide recommendations for layout to maximize page conversion; Ensure UI consistency across all web pages.
• Eliminate duplicate content and maintain real-time site integrity. Ensure quality of content, efficiency of revision commitment window and site status by establishing and/or maintaining brand consistency within the site.
• Work with other content stakeholders to coordinate content publishing onto the website.
• As the last line of defense in delivering the Intuitive message of excellence you will execute extreme diligence with the team to identify, continuously improve, optimize, and implement:
o Brand Guidelines
o SEO best management practices
o A/B Testing and analytics opportunities
o Triage bugs and work-item requests and assign them to correct owner.
o Troubleshoot issues and communicate progress.
 
Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience and expertise in digital media and CMS or website management.
• 3+ years experience in content or website management.
• Proficient in website editorial style and standards
• Demonstrated experience managing website content updates and publishing/editorial workflows.
• Experience following website editorial style and standards guides.
• The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating previous experience with:
o Sitecore
o Jira
o Brightcove
o Coveo
o ADA Compliance standards
o HTML5
o digital delivery management
• Functional understanding of modern, responsive site construction, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong working understanding of web layout and presentation best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality execution.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle different priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills. Can clearly and proactively communicate with individuals across multiple teams and departments.
• Resourceful, team player, high energy and flexible.
