Primary Function of Position:

The Sales Operations Program Supervisor will manage and coordinate the team, operations, logistics, and compliance practices for a variety of programs/projects as part of US Commercial Operations. Specifically, the person will be the point of contact and supervisor for Intuitive’s growing US mobile system marketing program. This individual will have regular interactions with sales and marketing leaders, as well as other departments. This person will scope projects and set goals in partnership with our key internal partners and key external partners. The supervisor will lead a team of 1 or 2 program coordinators to support the departmental efforts.

The role requires the ability to efficiently organize and execute on multiple deliverables, working effectively and in close cooperation with multiple internal stakeholders, as well as key vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the full scope of ISI’s mobile system program to efficiently support sales events and marketing symposia.
• Manages a team of program coordinators that support market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams throughout the US.
• Identifies and scales best practices and partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed.
• Collaborates with US Commercial Sales leaders and cross-functional departments to create and implement strategies to utilize the mobile systems program effectively and efficiently.
• Partners with sales executives on the vision and requirements for the program, including organizing and overseeing an annual budget.
• Manages a third party vendor, serving as our communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Manages reporting and analytics on program utilization and ROI of events.

Qualifications

Skill / Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 or more years of work experience with ability and prior experience leading a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills, preparation skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills, and communication skills.
• Strong process orientation. Ability to create and/or improve upon existing processes and ensure all stakeholders understand processes and responsibilities related to each project and/or program.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and takes initiative; looking for a team player who comes with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Excel and dashboard/report creation with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer Service; orientation to resolve problems for the customer and ability to gain a yes
• Ability to be level headed and resilient while resolving conflict.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Education and Training Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field with relevant job experience preferred.
• Prior logistics experience is a plus.
• Medical device experience a plus.
