Description

Primary Function of Position:
 
As a member of the Regional Leadership team, the HRBP Sr Manager will act as an advisor and serve as a critical enabler of the Country’s organization growth and expansion. This individual will be an influential partner to the region’s General Manager and the management team. He/She will deliver HR strategies and operational solutions in the region.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advisor, coach, and counsel to the region’s GM and the management team;
  • Partner with the leadership team and the regional COEs to develop effective strategies for meeting the headcount requirements for the business;
  • Partner with the management team to assess, manage and improve employee performance;
  • Provide insight and guidance to country leadership regarding employee and organizational challenges including change management;
  • Act as main point of contact for employee relations and issues managing risks pragmatically whilst ensuring legal compliance. Conduct exit interviews. Make appropriate recommendations to the leadership team based on collected data, trends and observations;
  • Work with Regional HR COEs to provide guidance and support in establishing employment contracts, compensation and benefits;
  • Collaborate with Corporate/Regional training & development to develop and implement training programs to meet business strategies and supporting future growth;
  • Ensure IS policies, procedures and practices are consistent with the company values and HR compliance with local labor laws.
Qualifications

Skills / job Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Business or equivalent;
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources in an international, fast growing and matrixed environment; 3+ years of HR Management experience required, healthcare or technology company;
  • Previous experience in managing a team an advantage
  • Proven track record leading, developing and influencing people and stakeholders at every level across multiple locations;
  • Success in conflict management and coaching objectively employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues;
  • Proven track record of building credible relationships with client groups;
  • Experience supporting a field Sales organization and working in both small and large organizations;
  • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of country labor laws and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment without losing sight of priorities;
  • Solid communication skills, able to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, or government law;
  • Change Management exposure an advantage;
  • Fluent in French & English.
